Sherri Baldwin is the Principal of LeadAdvantage, Inc. Prior to LeadAdvantage, Sherri worked as VP of Coac hing, Consulting and Programs in a leadership development firm and has 15 y ears of experience in sales & marketing management, primarily in the ho spitality industry. Sherri earned a degree in Communications from Texas A&a mp;M University where she currently serves on the Leadership Council. She i s a Distinguished Toastmaster and has served as the Area Governor for Toast masters in Charlotte, NC. (Toastmasters is an international public speaking and leadership organization). Sherri is also an FAA certified pilot and is a published author.
