- The technical support team is responsive and knowledgeable
- Access to data and most functions through a mobile app
- Excellent accounting capability
Cons
- Some customizations “disconnect” when system upgrades
- Each user needs a license – annual renewal required
- Slow follow through by customer service team on new customization projects
