Join Littler’s Workplace Policy Institute (WPI) as we provide a look at labor and employment developments around the states and in DC. We'll provide updates on a variety of recently passed state laws along with the current status of federal regulations such as the Department of Labor's independent contractor and joint employers rules. We will also give an update on everyone's favorite bill, the PRO Act.

Finally, part two of the webinar will contain a COVID in the workplace update covering vaccinated vs. unvaccinated employees, face coverings, and other return to work concerns.
