2023 Credit Card Routing Mandates

You are invited to participate in a timely conversation hosted by the Electronic Payments Coalition (EPC) about proposed credit card routing mandates that would undermine the U.S. payments system and hurt small businesses. More than ever before, credit and debit cards are helping small businesses grow through innovative new features like contactless payments and fraud protection technology. Unfortunately, Congress is considering legislation to enact harmful new regulations on credit card interchange fees that would result in eliminating almost all the funding that goes towards popular credit cards rewards programs, weakening cybersecurity protections, and reducing access to credit. EPC Chairman Jeff Tassey will cover everything that NASC members need to know about credit card routing mandates and why pro-business advocates must tell Congress to oppose harmful regulations on credit cards.
